Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the kitchen leadership team in maintaining high food standards, preparation, and presentation.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of ingredients.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines.
  • Promote a positive work environment that fosters learning and personal development.
  • Work across various departments, including conferencing, buffet, and room service.
  • Coordinate the stewarding team to meet kitchen requirements.

Requirements:

  • Commercial kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and presentation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sections and work autonomously.
  • Experience in conference and events management.
  • Hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong passion for creating high-quality food and a commitment to excellence.
