Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team at Yotpo. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with leading digital commerce agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, driving business growth and revenue through effective partnership strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to drive partner engagement, sales, and overall business growth, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Set and track performance metrics to ensure partners meet their sales and revenue targets, using data-driven insights to optimize partner strategies.
- Provide partners with the necessary training and resources to effectively service Yotpo's product suite, ensuring they are fully informed about product updates and new features.
- Act as a product evangelist, promoting the value proposition of Yotpo's solutions to agency partners and their clients.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure partners are delivering value to mutual customers, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with digital commerce agencies. You should have a passion for e-commerce and a desire to constantly learn and grow as a professional. Key skills and qualifications include:
- 2+ years of quota-carrying, B2B SaaS software sales experience in a channel or new business role.
- Prior experience working with or managing digital commerce agency relationships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on growth and retention.
- Strategic agility, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and dynamics.
- A natural collaborator and team player, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate others.
