Job Title: Partner Development Representative, ANZ

Ambitious professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Partner Development Representative at Amazon. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Onboard and enable new Technology and Consulting Partners, including start-ups, SaaS providers, PaaS providers, Managed Service Providers, and System Integrators.
  2. Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner strategies and processes.
  4. Utilize CRM systems, data warehousing, and analytic tools to establish detailed metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
