About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Distribution Partner Development Manager to join our APJ team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our distribution team, you will play a critical role in helping us redefine the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of technology services distribution programs in APJ
- Develop structured processes around onboarding, enabling, and supporting distribution partners for business and operations
- Work across regional sales and partner teams to nurture a cohort of strategic distribution partners that add significant value to AWS Channel Partners
- Serve as a key member of the AWS distribution team in helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy
- Own reporting of the distribution business and participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
- Utilize internal Amazon systems to track key performance metrics
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in program or project management
