Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with all aspects of sales and customer service, including telephone, face-to-face enquiries, and responding to emails;
  • Handling sales and customer enquiries, cash and EFTPOS receipting, parts clarification, invoice processing, backorder creation, stock picking, packing, and shipment;
  • Contacting customers to advise goods are ready for collection or to confirm shipping arrangements;
  • Inventory control, including goods inward checking and unpacking, data entry of goods inward, sales invoice and credit note processing;
  • General office duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • The ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues in their roles when needed;
  • The desire to contribute ideas to improve all areas of the business, including WHS;
  • Prioritizing individual and team tasks as required;
  • Working with speed and accuracy in all areas and an ability to multitask;
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential due to our small team size;
  • A current driver's license with a good driving history is essential;
  • A forklift license would be an advantage;
  • The ability to lift up to 25kg due to the product range we carry.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
