NAB Health Senior Business Banking Manager Role Overview

This is a customer-facing role that proactively manages complex customer relationships and meets their needs by providing fully integrated financial service solutions.

As the face of NAB, first impressions do matter, and you will be genuinely enthusiastic about spending quality time with customers to deeply understand their business and financial needs.

You are passionate about making a positive impact in the local market and helping customers understand the risk and profitability of their business to achieve their desired outcomes safely and effectively, whilst balancing the right outcomes and risk.

The Role:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key health business banking customers and referral partners.
  • Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice on risk, opportunities for growth, and health industry insights.
  • Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market.
  • Work with customers on their proposed annual business plans.
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the value chain to deliver innovative solutions to customers.
