The role of Supervisor – Field Service is key to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient operations. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Field Service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily tasks for field service staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clear understanding of job requirements.
  • Maintain high safety standards by adhering to Golden Rules & HSE regulations.
  • Monitor job progress using the WIP report to ensure timely completion and invoicing.
  • Ensure warranty cases are resolved within specified timeframes.
  • Document warranty repairs with photos stored in the system.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service coordinator and PM Service coordinator to manage work-in-progress jobs.
  • Minimize lost time by efficiently managing technician hours.
  • Promote a positive customer experience through timely and professional responses.
  • Notify customers of delivery date changes or updates on job progress.
  • Maintain company vehicles in good condition, presenting a professional image.
  • Identify training gaps and provide recommendations.
  • Understand and adhere to the Customer Support Charter.

Roster and Location: Monday to Friday, Adelaide Branch

What We Are Looking For:

  • High-level customer service skills aligned with our Customer Support Charter.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Dynamics AX & SAP.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Tradesperson or qualified Plant Mechanic.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Current driver's license or MR.
