We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Coordinator Leader to join our Launceston branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will see you lead a team in coordinating the supply of quality parts to our valued customer base whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure high-level service delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings within your area or across the business.
- Evaluate the effective operation and compliance of the Parts Department with company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a safety-first culture within the department, ensuring HCA employees and contractors adhere to all WHS responsibilities.
To Succeed:
- Proven leadership skills in a similar environment where you have developed and mentored staff.
- Prior experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, construction/mining, or agricultural industries.
- Excellent business acumen and exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
- Demonstrated safety focus with a strong understanding of WHS principles.
