Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will see you lead a team in coordinating the supply of quality parts to our valued customer base whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure high-level service delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings within your area or across the business.
  • Evaluate the effective operation and compliance of the Parts Department with company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain a safety-first culture within the department, ensuring HCA employees and contractors adhere to all WHS responsibilities.

To Succeed:

  • Proven leadership skills in a similar environment where you have developed and mentored staff.
  • Prior experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle, construction/mining, or agricultural industries.
  • Excellent business acumen and exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated safety focus with a strong understanding of WHS principles.
