We are seeking an exceptional Sales and Promotions Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ARN, the leader in audio in Australia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering organization that's shaping the future of audio.
About The Role:
As a Sales and Promotions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and promo team across various aspects of client campaign implementation, administration, event planning, and market activation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery of digital, social, and promotional elements as per client requirements.
- Collaboration with the promotions manager to manage prizing, ticketing, and digital platforms.
- Scheduling and booking airtime, including creative development.
- Maintaining up-to-date market sales collateral in collaboration with the sales and promotions manager.
- Organizing station and team events.
- Managing prizing and ticketing administration.
- Preparing proposals and post-campaign reports.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable individual with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva. If you have strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and social media marketing skills, this could be the ideal role for you.
