Job Title: Project Coordinator - Tasmanian Installation Specialist
Location: Launceston, Tasmania
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator - Tasmanian Installation Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a master project across multiple sites in Tasmania. This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate communications with stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with site assessments, audits, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeframe
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
- Experience with Monday.com preferred but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction or property development industries
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicle
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
