We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Components Inventory Manager to join our thriving Launceston branch. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role will see you oversee a dedicated team in coordinating the supply of premium components to our valued customer base while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities within your area or across the business.
  • Evaluate and maintain the effective operation and compliance of the Components Department with company policy, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure HCA employees and contractors adhere to all WHS responsibilities and foster a safety-first culture within the department.
To Be Successful:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar environment where you have developed and mentored staff.
  • Prior experience in either automotive, commercial vehicle, construction/mining, or agricultural industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent business acumen combined with exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated safety focus with a strong understanding of WHS principles.
