
Support Services Coordinator

The Disability Support Specialist role involves providing high-quality support to children and young people with complex disabilities in a specialist school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized support ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
- Contribute to engaging programs using industry-leading planning tools.
- Assist the Program Manager with preparation, setup, and food preparation.
- Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality.
- A valid Employee Working with Children's Check and First Aid Certificate are mandatory.
- Exhibit values: Caring, Open, and Engaged.
This is a full-time role requiring working Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will have opportunities for ongoing comprehensive training and employee benefits.
