- Conduct thorough risk assessments to guarantee the safety and well-being of children and families.
- Deliver short-term support services to families to enhance parenting abilities and family dynamics.
- Provide a stable environment for children and families who are referred to the Family Services Program.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in community services as a case manager.
They will also have expertise working with young people who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as an understanding of its implications.
