Senior Practitioner

A senior practitioner will coordinate referral, entry, engagement, and allocation of cases from Child FIRST/The Orange Door. The role requires a strong focus on risk assessment, case management, and support for children and families.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive risk and needs assessments to inform case decisions
- Deliver short-term case management services to meet client needs
- Provide an active holding function to ensure the well-being of children and families
- Tertiary qualification in social work or a related field
- Current Victorian driver's license
- Demonstrated experience in community services, particularly in case management roles
- Demonstrated expertise in child and family welfare
