
Family Service Leader

The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and coordination to a team of professionals within a family-focused service.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement high-quality service responses, building relationships with partner organisations, and mentoring junior staff members.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional client outcomes;
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders;
- Mentor and coach junior staff to enhance their skills and confidence;
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in social work or a related field;
- Significant experience in management and leadership roles within the child, youth, and family welfare sector;
- Strong understanding of family dynamics and the complexities of family violence;
- Commitment to working with diverse client groups, including Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities;
