Case Manager

This is a challenging role that requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for coordinating referrals, entries, engagements, and allocations of cases from Child FIRST/The Orange Door.
Key aspects of the role include undertaking risk and needs assessments, delivering short-term case management, and providing an active holding function to children and families who are referred to the Family Services Program. You will also work collaboratively with Child Protection to support families to enhance parenting capacity, family functioning and promote child safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate referrals, entries, engagements, and allocations of cases from Child FIRST/The Orange Door.
- Undertake risk and needs assessments.
- Deliver short-term case management.
- Provide active holding functions to children and families.
- Work collaboratively with Child Protection to support families.
