You will undertake risk and needs assessments, deliver short term case management, and provide an active holding function to children and families who are referred to the Family Services Program.
Working collaboratively with Child Protection, you will support families to enhance parenting capacity, family functioning and promote child safety.

Your skills and experience You will have Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline You Will Also Have Current Drivers licence valid in Victoria Demonstrated experience in the community services sector in a case management role Demonstrated experience in the child and family welfare field, this experience will be in Child Protection, Out of Home Care, Family Services and/or other services working with vulnerable families and children.
Experience working with young people who have experienced abuse and trauma.
