Linkforce, a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business, is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join its Operations team at its new CBD head office.

As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, and advising staff members of their arrival
  • Managing all incoming calls, correspondence, and emails in a professional and efficient manner
  • Processing and issuing purchase orders, and updating relevant systems in a timely and accurate way
  • Providing administrative support with AOD screen processing and other tasks as required
  • Coordinating and managing office processes, including visitor registrations, mail, couriers, and other office resources
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and document uploading
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in the management of office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when needed.
