About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our rapidly expanding operations at Hudson Australia.

As an integral member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to help deliver biodiversity-rich environmental plantings and contribute to meaningful carbon sequestration projects across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and credit card reconciliations.
  • Collecting, scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails and maintaining the filing system.
  • Updating subcontractor databases and reviewing accounting reports.
  • Booking accommodation and travel for team members.
  • Coordinating new starter setup and greeting office visitors.
  • Reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting clients.
  • Assisting with the printing of promotional materials.
  • Organising meetings and events, including arranging catering.
  • Maintaining office supplies, cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Xero is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Polite and professional phone manner.
  • A valid driver's license.
