We are seeking a highly skilled Reception and Concierge team member to join our dynamic and vibrant team at ABN Group's Leederville head office.

About the Role

As a key point of contact for staff and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answer and redirect calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality at all times
  • Connect clients with the most appropriate contact within the building
  • Manage meeting rooms and common areas
  • E nsure the showroom is maintained and presented to an exceptional standard
  • Establish strong working relationships with ABN Group staff across all business units
  • General administration and office duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in delivering high-level customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, including outstanding telephone manner
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Experience with Visitor Management Systems highly regarded
