Reception and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Reception and Concierge team member to join our dynamic and vibrant team at ABN Group's Leederville head office.
About the Role
As a key point of contact for staff and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Answer and redirect calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality at all times
- Connect clients with the most appropriate contact within the building
- Manage meeting rooms and common areas
- E nsure the showroom is maintained and presented to an exceptional standard
- Establish strong working relationships with ABN Group staff across all business units
- General administration and office duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in delivering high-level customer service
- Excellent communication skills, including outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Experience with Visitor Management Systems highly regarded
