Scotford Fennessy is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Executive Assistant in their Head Office. This opportunity will provide a chance to contribute to smooth operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls with a professional telephone manner and take messages.
  • Oversee the Perth reception inbox.
  • Greet visitors and monitor the door camera.
  • Order stationery items and kitchen supplies, arrange morning tea and Board meetings as required.
  • Administer INX including leave applications for corporate staff and updating information.
  • Establish procedures for Reception Admin.
  • Arrange corporate staff travel via Corporate Travel Management online portal.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in Administration.
  • Strong computer and systems skills (MS Office Suite).
