We are working with a highly successful private investment business to find the ideal receptionist and administration support.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily tasks including sorting mail, arranging couriers, and maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Arrange couriers and manage postal services
- Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and leave
- Assist walk-in enquiries and visitors
- Monitor and replenish stock
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy
- Prepare tea and coffee for guests
- Perform general data entry and administrative tasks
- Manage daily banking
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be an organised, efficient, and articulate individual who can use your initiative to support the team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in retail or hospitality looking to start their administration career.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
