About the Role

We're seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Retail Operations Director who is passionate about beach culture and retail leadership. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in representing the Seafolly brand while working closely with our Sydney-based Head Office.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Motivation: Motivate your store teams to exceed sales goals while creating a positive and engaging selling culture.
  • Training & Development: Equip your staff with the skills to deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure stores meet high visual standards to create an inviting shopping experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee key tasks like staffing, security, inventory, and financial management.
  • Customer Empowerment: Make sure every customer feels confident and excited about their purchases.
  • Results-Driven Performance: Develop and implement strategies that enhance sales and elevate the customer experience.

You Will Have:

  • Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic leader with a passion for retail success.
  • Exceptional people skills and a friendly, positive demeanor.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
