Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving business success and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking an experienced Retail Operations Director to lead our Artarmon Dealership team at Inchcape, a global organisation.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless vehicle delivery, and managing site operations to meet our high standards. You'll work closely with Stock Control to meet inventory and customer demands, lead F&I performance, compliance, and finance support, and ensure site operations are smooth, safe, and compliant with HSE and OEM standards.

You will:

  • Drive P&L performance and meet KPIs in excess of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Oversight of the customer journey, ensuring flexible and seamless vehicle delivery
  • Collaboration with Stock Control to meet inventory and customer demands
  • Leadership of F&I performance, compliance, and finance support
  • Maintenance of site operations that are smooth, safe, and compliant with HSE and OEM standards
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and development of your team for high engagement and performance
  • Promotion of legally compliant practices and retail processes

We're looking for someone with proven management experience in a sales environment, with a track record in P&L growth. Your success in leading and developing teams to achieve customer satisfaction and performance goals is essential. You should possess strong communication and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and attention to detail. Leadership skills with a passion for team development and upholding company values are also crucial.

The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience and F&I knowledge, as well as familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. A valid driver's license and availability to work Saturdays are also required.
