About the Role:


As the Pharmacy Retail Manager at Frontline Retail Sa, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail space, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.


Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our pharmacy's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider and retail destination.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and develop a team of retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and manage the presentation of merchandise to maximise sales.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the retail space.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For:


Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.


Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.


Knowledge of retail and inventory management systems.


A positive attitude and strong work ethic
