Job Title: Strategic Partnership and Growth Leader

Job Description:

This role will lead the development and implementation of a national partnerships and growth strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership and growth strategy to drive business results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with our goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and projects that deliver value
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive innovation
  • Develop and manage performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the health or social services sector
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies and partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
