Job Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

This role focuses on building and maintaining partnerships that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage engagement with major strategic collaborative opportunities.
  • Lead the development of a set of partnerships with various stakeholders to achieve University goals.
  • Engage with Academic Groups to identify and lead business development for impact projects and programs.
  • Partner with Central Portfolios to progress activities that align partnership for impact.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure synergies are optimized and Griffith's unique capabilities are maximized.
  • Provide strategic advice and expert negotiation in the development of partnership agreements and documentation.

About You:

  • You will have relevant postgraduate qualifications and substantial experience in business development, value creation, and opportunity identification.
  • Experience in leading strategic projects, implementing plans, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Ability to craft high-level communications for diverse audiences and convey complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Prior experience or background in the health sector would be highly regarded.
