We are seeking a talented Business Growth Specialist to drive the expansion of our local store partner base in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of identifying and acquiring new business relationships, as well as managing and retaining existing partnerships.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing short-term and long-term strategies to acquire new store partners and grow our existing network. This will involve developing and implementing effective sales tactics, identifying opportunities for growth, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new store partners in the APAC region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market research
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing store partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
