Job Role:

  • We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team who will be responsible for developing and maintaining methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
  • They will analyse system, process and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics and communicate the findings to stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement and data analysis and be able to evaluate and improve system, process and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.
  • They will also be responsible for identifying leads, drawing up suitable action plans and implementing them as instructed.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex data sets and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be familiar with standard analytical methods and techniques and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • As a senior member of the team, they will lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Working closely with the sales team, they will translate customer needs into engineering solutions and develop the engineering capability of the team through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • They will participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed, representing the technical expertise of the team.
