Job Description

As a Senior Performance Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing iMIS and related products and services. This includes converting data, working with RiSE, and extending the product with iMIS and other supported tools.



Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring and implementing iMIS and related products and services.
  • Serving as part of the technical solutions team or the global solutions Client Success team, depending on skill sets, focusing on technical, product or organizational solutions.
  • Enabling continuous performance improvement by understanding organizational needs, offering appropriate process change advice, and leading organizational change.
  • Delivering client training as part of implementation, online classroom, at your desk, or client-specific, as assigned.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • iMIS experience and HTML/CSS preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service so that clients are promoters of ASI Client Success with a positive impact on the ASI Client Success Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Certified iMIS Administrator and/or Certified iMIS Professional certification required at start of employment or achieved within 90 days of employment.
