Performance Improvement Specialist

This position involves working as a Senior Associate, supporting performance improvement initiatives for client organisations.
About the Role- Analyse financials, operations, systems and organisational structures to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Build trust with clients and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
- Manage workstreams within engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness and impact.
- Assist in implementing approved solutions and tracking performance outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in management consulting, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
- Experience in change management and organisational development, including stakeholder engagement and implementation support.
- Familiarity with process mapping, operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercial acumen and structured problem-solving skills.
