About the Role:

This role encompasses the entire spectrum of implementation, activation, and delivery. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership to staff, collaborating with clients to develop successful implementation plans that drive tangible business results.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of media performance, data analysis, and technology implementation. They will be able to coach, teach, and support team members in delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage workflow effectively, delegating tasks efficiently, ensuring goals are set and met while resolving issues with minimal guidance

- Ensure performance evaluations are completed on time, coaching managers as needed

- Lead the training and development of junior team members, including up-to-date certifications and accreditations across relevant platforms

- Collaborate with clients to develop successful implementation plans that drive real business change
