As a Performance Management Specialist, you will work collaboratively within the Performance Improvement Team to develop best-practice claims management strategies to drive improved business performance. Responsibilities include supporting the scheme in meeting corporate objectives, maximising remuneration, and improving operational and quality measure results.

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Assist in realising organisational goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results
  • Assist in translating business plans into action plans and monitor progress through to completion
  • Identify, analyse, and improve business processes to meet current goals and identify new ones to improve profit and performance
  • Assist in re-engineering processes to reduce cost and cycle time and improve production and service quality where appropriate
  • Analyse scheme and DXC performance data to identify opportunities aligned with remuneration objectives for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to achieve gains in business performance, in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement Team
  • Support Senior Management with planning and strategic orientation
  • Provide direction to staff as required and offer training, coaching and mentoring to help employees reach objectives and enable progression
Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications
  • Understanding of Workers' Compensation legislation, regulations and guidelines
  • Strong understanding of governing standards of practice
  • Understanding of Agent remuneration drivers
  • Experience with GWCC, CRM Salesforce, QLIK reporting and other scheme systems (e.g., Kofax, Payments Plus)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong self-management and organisational skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset with flexibility to adapt to change
  • Effective consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Innovative thinking and the ability to think laterally
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Relationship building and a customer service focus
