Instructional Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Specialist to assist the school in improving student performance and educational outcomes.

  • Plan, prepare, and teach programs to achieve specific student targets.
  • Engage in critical reflection and inquiry to improve knowledge and skills for effective student engagement and learning.
  • Support staff in using data to inform teaching approaches that drive student learning improvements.
Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop content knowledge and pedagogical practices to meet diverse student needs.
  • Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor/coach other teachers.
  • Provide expert guidance on content, processes, and strategies shaping individual and school professional learning.
  • Supervise and train one or more student teachers.
