A Performance Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead on contracts for Pork, Poultry, and Beef.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing current commercial relationships with suppliers, focused on performance and cost outcomes, and improving long-term financial performance of the business.
- Conducting detailed data analysis and developing robust business cases to support key stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering agreements, DEA's, and Board Papers for supplier partnerships.
- Ensuring all initiatives are thoroughly evaluated to deliver strategically aligned and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Implementing a sustainable framework for ongoing collaboration with key suppliers.
You will also provide strategy and project support to senior leaders for projects, initiatives, and internal events/presentations.
About You and Your Skills:This role will leverage your financial and analytical skills, as well as your commercial acumen, while providing a great opportunity to have genuine impact in your work.
You will have developed advanced computer skills, strong ability to manage and coordinate projects and processes from planning to execution, proven ability to manage supplier/vendor relationships, and excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate at various levels.
