Account Support Manager

">Job Summary:

The Account Support Manager is a vital role that requires strong customer relationship and crisis management skills, combined with technical competencies. The goal is to deliver exceptional support services to enterprise customers, maximizing value from their solutions while minimizing disruption.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Personalized Service: Provide strategic planning, storage support best practices, and upgrade advice, conducting regular operational service reviews and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Centralized Support Management: Oversee assigned customers' NetApp support activities to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize risk, facilitating issue resolution and effective communication during critical events.
  • Customized Proactive Care: Consult and provide deliverables aimed at mitigating risks and ensuring the stability of the NetApp Solution, influencing customers to follow best-practices by tracking preventative remediation actions derived from recommendations.

The Account Support Manager works closely with customers and designated account teams to provide expertise in these areas.

">Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to professionally handle conflict and manage customer expectations.
  • Ability to integrate diverse perspectives in critical situations to aid issue resolution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations, staying focused on priorities and effectively handling time-management.

Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience required, preferably in a Support role, along with NCDA certification preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is also necessary.
