Xplan Training and Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Training and Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and support to staff in the effective use of XPlan software.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of XPlan software and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing training and support to staff on the use of XPlan software
  • Testing templates within XPlan
  • Financial strategy modelling using XPlan modelling software
  • Supporting the wealth management technical team with financial planning technical queries
  • Assistance with datafeed set up from external product providers
