Training Developer Opportunity

Support the modernisation of air traffic control capabilities across RAAF sites nationwide by joining our team as a Training Developer.

This critical initiative ensures continued effective military and civilian air traffic control operations into the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document training requirements for operators and maintainers across multiple RAAF sites.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials covering system operations, maintenance procedures, and site-specific configurations.
  • Create practical exercises and assessment tools ensuring operational readiness across all user groups.
  • Coordinate and deliver training across multiple RAAF sites in alignment with system installation schedules.
  • Maintain and update training documentation throughout the system lifecycle, ensuring continued effectiveness into the future.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training development, preferably in technical or defence environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex systems and translate technical information into effective training materials.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of integrated logistics support principles and training development methodologies.
