Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our equipment and software.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles and possess strong IT skills. Familiarity with medical equipment such as ultrasound and diagnostic x-ray is desirable but not mandatory.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may need to travel to alternative locations on occasion. A full AU driver's license and Australian working rights are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain high knowledge levels through training and development
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A full AU driver's license and Australian working rights
- Police checks will be required during the onboarding process
