Job Title: Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical training specialist to join our team. As a technical training specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to apprentices, tradespeople, and other learners.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to share your technical expertise and passion for mentoring with the next generation of tradespeople. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners.

  • Deliver theory and practical sessions to apprentices and tradespeople
  • Develop and update training resources to ensure they are relevant and engaging
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners
  • Work with our team to develop new training programs and courses
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification and at least 5 years' experience working with mobile plant equipment
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain it
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint
