Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver top-notch customer service, including corrective maintenance, commissioning, and software upgrades.
  • Play a key role in the sales process, offering expert technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage complex technical escalations, keeping stakeholders informed of progress according to company procedures.
  • Provide world-class service with technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, minimizing customer downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies through continuous training and development.
  • Work at various locations as required, including Brisbane and Sydney.
  • Be available for additional hours outside business hours, including on-call support.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing engineering roles, preferably with medical equipment knowledge.
  • Hold a Restricted Electrical License.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full AU drivers license and Australian working rights.
  • Police checks required during the onboarding process.
