We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and delivery of 3D training solutions.
- Delivery of instructor-led training sessions across multiple sites
- Performing train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks for programs
- Analysing lesson framework needs and designing in-person and online training solutions, including the creation of short how-to videos
- Conducting continuous improvement tasks, pilot new courses with innovative processes
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to support testing and development of new processes and technologies
- Assisting with performing testing and validation of changes to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements
- Providing technical support to users on 3D tools and processes
- Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in training delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience using 3D tools (equivalent)
- Qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, software development, or configuration management
- Qualification or experience in the delivery and/or development of technical training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and provide clear guidance on technical matters
