Requirements:

  • Proven organizational skills, ability to follow documented processes, and prioritize competing demands to meet agreed service standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic IT principles, with a commitment to ongoing development of knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback, and achieve agreed performance standards.
