As Executive Director of Operations with Gough Recruitment AU, you will have the opportunity to take your career to the next level in a challenging and rewarding role. This role requires someone who can lead and mentor a small team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and its functions. Responsibilities include training and onboarding staff as required, guaranteeing adherence to company policies and procedures, conducting market analysis and financial reporting, budgeting, implementing new processes, and handling HR and recruitment duties.
