Account Growth Manager

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts within the food production/manufacturing sector in NSW.

  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse market trends and sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Present sales opportunities to prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
  • Work closely with QA, R&D and other relevant departments to ensure the highest quality products meet customer needs.
  • Develop and present regular reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food manufacturing or production in NSW.
  • Experience working with UHT creams, margarine, chocolates or bakery-related products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the NSW region as required.
