Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a Part-time Sales Representative to promote our existing meal range through in-store tastings, product knowledge training, and innovation of new products. The successful candidate will also assist our marketing team with promotions across social media.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  2. Store Collaboration: Work with stores in organising product knowledge training and in-store tasting schedules across our meal range.
  3. Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviours.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and communicate regularly with the product development team.
  6. Training and Product Education: Train stores and other sales channels on our products.
  7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
