Job Summary
This high-level leadership role oversees the culinary, beverage, and operations divisions to drive strategic growth and service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality, commercial outcomes, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated hospitality strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage labor costs, and drive profitability
- Direct culinary and beverage teams to innovate and deliver high-quality offerings
- Manage sales and revenue strategies across various channels
