Senior Hospitality Executive
Overview of the Role:
The Senior Hospitality Executive is a senior leadership position responsible for driving strategic execution, commercial outcomes, and service excellence across culinary, beverage, operations, and sales. This role oversees end-to-end performance of hospitality services, reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead an integrated hospitality strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee operations across kitchens, bars, events, and hospitality venues
Manage labour, cost, and procurement efficiencies to drive profitability
Direct culinary and beverage teams to deliver innovative, high-quality offerings
Lead sales and revenue strategies across membership, corporate events, and hospitality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership roles
Strong understanding of culinary, cellar, and service operations
Demonstrated success in managing costs, labour, and procurement
Proven sales and marketing capability, improving relevant processes and activity
Track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences at scale
Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive culture and performance
