
Culinary Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to oversee all aspects of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue through effective menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures.
- Create and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence and innovation.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets and driving financial performance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and inventory management.
- Experience with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisive decisions under pressure.
