Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage professional to oversee all aspects of our culinary operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue through effective menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures.
  • Create and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence and innovation.
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets and driving financial performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and inventory management.
  • Experience with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisive decisions under pressure.
