Executive Culinary Director

About the Role:
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect our brand's vision and meet customer demand.
- Influence the design and workflow of our new kitchen, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of chefs, providing guidance and support to achieve excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage kitchen operations, including rostering, stock control, budgeting, and GP management.
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leadership and culinary expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in menu development, cost control, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (or willingness to obtain).
